Elliptical machine then spinning bike for some cross-training. Walked outside to the truck, threw my gear in the back seat and thought, WTF... I'm running a few miles. Took it nice and easy and finishing up 3 miles and saw Jacob Pattengill so turned around and chatted with him for awhile. Turned back around to finish and saw Shannon Aldridge so turned around again and chatted with him. He was doing a 9 miler and asked if I wanted to go along to Arena Park area. Again, what the heck.... Ended up running 7 total. I'm sure I'll pay dearly tonight but it was a great day to run and good company so I'll take the consequences.
9:01/ 8:32/ 8:45/ 9:51/ 9:42/ 9:39/ 9:59. As you can see, I was doing more talking than running during the last four miles but it was an enjoyable run.
