Rec Center swim. Felt better in the water. The second swim in 3 days after not swimming for 2+ years will do that.
100m x 6 at 1:50-2:00 with 60-70sec recoveries
200 x 1 then 50m x 3 at 45-48 sec.
Not sure what the swim to run equivalents are but asking around. I would think it was somewhere around 500 meters but will ask several people who should know.
