2.60 mile warmup on new section of Osage trail running parallel to route W in 19:50.
3 striders of :32 sec = .11 mile/:34 sec = .12 mile/:38 sec = .14 mile with jogs half way back to start point for total of .55 mile
3 long hill repeats up Kingsway hill behind Plaza Tire and Rhodes station. .28 mile incline in 96/93/95sec with .47 mile jog back down and along flat area of highway prior to next repeat.
5.25 miles on Osage trail = 41:26
10.65 miles total.
District XC tomorrow in St.L...real season and hopefully everyone is ready to give their best effort.
