Warmup along the streets of Alton and along the first mile of the out and back course. Running entire route along the River on Landmark Blvd (Hwy 100) and they have blocked off the southbound 2 lanes of this 4 lane road for the racers. Running the back half of the course is directly into the wind. 10-11 mph into our face.
Pretty good conditions for this far north at the end of Nov.
