Notes

Streets of SC. Rolling hills throughout. Mile splits: 8:03/7:35/7:23/7:47/8:04/8:02 and 6:43 for last .82 for 8:13 pace. Decision to back off pace after seeing mile 3 split and looking at Garmin only during mile lap timer. I think 7:50-8:10 is my easy run pace with 8:10-8:30 being recovery pace at this time. No running tomorrow.

775 cal. Average HR during entire run = 140 bpm with max of 156 bpm.

Core workout after today's run with lots of chins/dips/hanging abd curls.
