5 mile tempo run. Starting around 7 min pace and attempt to cut 10 sec/mile until last mile. Having difficulty finding pace today.
Splits: 7:03/6:50/6:35/6:22/6:04 for 32:53 elapsed time then .38 mile recovery jog in 3:43
Big day on the $$ front. 12 cent haul during the run then 11 cents waiting for me when gassing up the truck. Always a good day when you find more $$ than miles ran.
