Long interval day. Main sets of 2400m x 2 at HM pace and 1600m x 2 at 10k pace. Quarter mile recovery jogs between intervals.
Ave mile splits for 2400m = 6:18/6:24. Felt very relaxed on both of these.
Mile splits = 5:52/5:54. Pushed a little on the 4th lap of each of these but comfortably below LT threshold.
4.6 mile total warmup with 3.6 on the streets and last one mile of drills/striders on track.
1.14 miles on cooldown following second 1600m interval.
On the track by myself. Everyone else must be out on the streets.
