Beautiful morning in Columbia, MO. Out for an easy shake out run prior to Azalea race tomorrow.
Found Bear Creek Trail just up from out hotel so had a great surface to run on. First mile 8:10 and took a while to loosen up.
4 striders today in final 1.5 miles - .06 at 5:17 pace, .08 at 5:14 pace, .09 at 5:29 pace and .08 at 5:13 pace.
