3 mile cutdown with one hill early in first mile then the rest of the session on flat land. Splits of 6:56/6:35/5:52 for elapsed time of 19:23. 3min/2min recovery jogs with 20 second break between.

One mile interval = 5:45 then 3 min recovery jog.
