Too lazy to get out of bed this morning so have to do it in the heat. Actually wasn't as hot as I thought it would be.
Stopped at 5.03 miles at water fountain and took 1:11 min break for water. Then stopped back at fountain at 7.5 miles for 30 sec water break.
Splits for first 5 miles: 7:37/7:21/7:00/7:01/6:58. No mile splits over 8:00 for the run.
Total running time = 1:18:21
