2 min start at 7:35 pace then 3 tempo intervals of 8-8-10 min at 6:22/6:11/6:03 paces at 1.5% incline. Recoveries at .5% incline then final 3+ min at level grade at 8:30/mile pace. Essentially the only discomfort was the final 4 min of the 10 min interval but just worked on relaxing and staying in the cadence groove.
