45 min tempo bike in first gear with a few short 2nd gear bursts.
Stopped by a friend's PT clinic today looking for some advice on preventing any additonal HS injuries. He gave me a program he swears by and told me to do it and then get back to him in 10 days with my impressions. I had been doing a few of the exercises but started the entire program tonight.
We'll see how it works but he is pretty smart so it will probably do the trick if I stick with it religously.
