Still a bit "off" from sickness last week. Legs heavy at the beginning of the workout but beginning to wake up once drills completed and the hitogami's on my feet.

Simple plan today. 4 surges with recovery jogs.

1. 6:40 pace x 120 seconds then 2 min recovery jog

2. 6:15 pace x 90 seconds then 2 min recovery jog

3. 6:00>>5:42 cutdown pace x 75 seconds then 2 min recovery jog

4. 5:42>>5:14 cutdown pace x 75 seconds then jog recovery until at 2.5 miles total distance.

Off the TM and rolled my hips out, HS stretching, IT band and piriformis stretching; light HS curls and 3 sets of kettle bell deadlifts
