A couple of .10 mile progressive surges to get fully warmed up then into the intervals. .30 miles x 5 with 60-70 second recovery jogs then 3 min jog prior to .20 miles at 5:15 pace. Cooldown.
All intervals run at 2.0% incline. Paces of 5:52/5:46/5:39/5:33 then 5:46.
