Started at Healthpoint - out and around Jr High then south across indep/William streets to the osage trail and followed to Southern Expressway then turned around and ran back to arena park area prior to a couple loops around Healthpoint complex to finish up.
Plan: 3 progressive uptempo miles to start then hit 3 miles at 15k race pace (6:15-6:18). Route essentially flat except for a couple easy rollers first mile.
Splits: 7:01/6:45/6:30/ 6:15/6:17/6:11/ 7:32/7:29/7:17/:09 seconds
Felt decent.
