.70 miles in drills and striders before 1 mile x 3 repeats. Bram off to do his HM workout while I work on some 5K training.

1 mile in 5:27 then one min jog/2 min walk recovery = 1.10 running

1 mile in 5:21 then one min jog/2 min walk recovery = 1.10 running

1 mile in 5:25 then three min jog recovery = 1.31

Cooldown of 1.60 miles in 13:00 then one mile of walking.
