Notes

Warm up of 4+ miles with final warm up consisting of 4 x 1 block hill runs then 4 progressive striders.

1.40 miles at 6:11 ave pace; felt good considering I threw the Broadway hill coming from the River toward Houck Stadium into the middle of the run to put me into serious O2 debt.

4:00 min recovery jogging = .46 mile

.86 mile at 5:59 pace on essentially flat ground.

5:40 min for additional .65 miles to the gym doors. The Fittest People on the Planet group heading out for one of their four cycles around the .30 mile parking area during their session. Brutal training.
