Notes

25 min Tempo bike ride in 1st gear almost entire elapsed time. Followed up with chins, dips, db curls, db mil press, core strengthening exercises.

No R achilles tightness or tenderness this evening. Multiple light heelcord stretches performed throughout the day on rehab room steps.
