Absolutely perfect winter day to get a long run in. Fellow CBEMco-founder and I out for some road work.
3.47 total warmup including 3 progressive striders. 3.26 mile cooldown at 8:34 ave pace.
Lots of runners out today but in all fairness the best day we have had in a couple of weeks.
