Notes

Staying with the 1200m repeat intervals with 400m recovery jogs. Doing 5 today with first three on the grass and the final 2 on the Osage trail.

First one is a free-bee as just working up to speed. Elapsed times/Mile paces for intervals = 4:56(6:34), 4:30(6:00), 4:25(5:54), 4:13(5:36), 4:24(5:52). Pretty much toast after the 4th interval. Chose not to push any harder on the last one as legs had enough pounding for one day.

.55 mile recovery jog following final interval prior to changing shoes and hitting the cooldown.
