Windy, nasty day. Head south to Blodgett for a one mile race. Help DM set up the course then warmup with Bram when he shows up. Wind blowing around 20 mph NNW to begin with and essentially straight W as we are running the mile.
2.54 miles in 23:35 with Bram while scouting the Mile course and along the outer roads of Blodgett.
7 striders as we are waiting for the race to begin. With drill sets add another .50 miles for total warmup of 3.05
Cooldown of 2.02 in 18:35 with Bram along outer roads after the fireworks of the race are over.
