Into Cape and run the Indep/West End/Broadway/Kingshwy loop with HP starting/ending point.
2 striders in the 3rd mile, then drills with 2 additional striders.
23 hours to D-day.......... I guess that would be Dogwood Day. Excited to race and weather looks just about perfect.
