Notes

Paul F joins the CBEM crew for a long run.

After warmup, Grandmaster off to do some 3/4 effort prep for next week and we get ready to do 2.x 2 miles then 2 x 1 mile repeats.

2 mile splits of 6:44/6:40 then 4 min recovery jog

2 mile splits of 6:31/6:29 then 4 min recovery jog

1 mile splits with approx 3 min recovery jog between the two in 6:04/5:44

2nd consecutive 49 mile week; next week will be lighter week due to traveling/vacationing.

Today was the last "long" run until the HM 4 wks from today. Still have some 10+ runs to do but nothing over 12.5 planned. So far, so good... Now need to stay healthy and begin my taper as scheduled.

1300 miles for the calendar year now in the rear view mirror.
