Hot, humid morning. Summer is here. I am not complaining as would rather run in nasty weather than freeze my as@ off.
Main work today is 20/15 min runs with 4 min recovery jogs. Looking to go around 3/4 aerobic pace. Running on rolling hills first 20 min then essentially flat course for second 15 min segment.
6:35/6:24/6:20/:41 sec for 3.10 miles in 20 min segment.
6:26/6:26/2:09 for 2.34 miles on 15 min segment.
Plenty of work for first faster session back after my 2 week down time. Legs felt decent but could tell had not been doing anything fast for a few weeks. 17 weeks from today is COR HM.
