Easy/mod ride this morning. Went into second gear 7-8 times for 30-70 second bouts. Legs still somewhat fatigued but should be fine by tomorrow afternoon's scheduled workout. They do feel much better than yesterday.

HR elevated above 100 bpm most of ride due to performing db squats, chins/dips/hanging abd curls, db curls & Mil Press exercises just prior to jumping on bike.

2 sets on all except chins and dips (3 sets)
