Main part of workout 1 Mile x 4 with 3 min recovery jogs starting at 10k pace and attempting to move each down toward 5K pace.

Mile splits of 5:58/5:57/5:54/5:45.

Not a great effort but got the workout in. Wind was screwing with me along with slightly heavy legs this morning.

I take the mileage award today but Bram smokes me on the $$$ pickup as he finds 3 quarters plus more coinage. Only saving grace of the day is that his car was sitting on top of a dime so when he pulled out to leave my daily find went from 1 cent to 11 cents....... Nice.
