Notes

Warmup and striders = 1.20 miles. Able to run the striders without increasing current discomfort in low-5s range.

Went 20-5-20-5 today with Bram at aerobic pace.

2.75 miles in first 20 min with 3.29 miles after 25 min

2.93 miles in 20 min with 3.49 miles after 25 min.

Cooldown of 2.25 miles in 19:36

Felt like June in 3rd week of March. Humid and 76 degrees when we finished up.

Good run and able to get some distance in with only minor discomfort.
