Notes

Light drizzle during intervals.

1 mile then 2 miles x 2 at slight cutdown pace. 3- 4 min jogs between intervals.

1 mile in 6:34 - 3 min recovery jog

2 mile in 12:09 (6:07/6:02) - 4 min recovery jog

2 mile in 12:03 (5:59/6:04)

Good interval session. First mile nice and smooth then worked right around Lactate threshold level for last 4 miles. Probably just below LT cliff except for last mile.
