The entire park to myself as I begin the main part of the run. Decide to see how the HS is responding to current regime. Plan on running by feel for approx 1 mile x 2 with 3 min recovery jog and see what happens. Will not look at the Garmin, just run at approx 10k feel pace.
.95 mile in 5:26 (5:45 pace) then jog out
1.0 mile in 5:40;
Enough of that experiment. 4.05 mile jog out at 8:00-9:00/mile pace moving about 15 second slower each mile.
Find 4 pennies during the session. I have come to the conclusion I need to win the lottery so I can run at this time every day. However, winning will be hard to do as I don't play. Guess I will have to keep my day job.
