2.5 mile warm-up in 19:22. Easy stretch then 4 striders. 1000 meters X 5 with 90 second rest between reps. Hit 3:56/3:50/3:43/3:43/3:44. All felt decent except last half of 5th rep. 3:45 pace is 6:00/mile pace. 3.25 mile run back to house at 8:15-8:40 pace then stretching.
