Scheduled to do 20 min x 2 with 5 min recovery jog. Tagging along behind Bram and JT. First 20 min = 3.07 miles at 6:41/6:31/6:21/6:28 for last .07 miles then .65 miles for recovery jog.
Begin second 20 min interval and I am struggling from the start. Feeling sluggish and L HS just wont loosen up. Work through first 2 miles in 6:30 and 6:40 but barely hanging on for the final half-mile of the second split. Decide to be smart and shut down any additional faster pace and jog out the rest of the run. End up doing 24:15 total on second run for total distance of 3.34. I am toast and end of today's workout.
