Never raced this distance before today. Decided to see what distance running was all about.
First in 25-29 age group. 9th place overall out of 111 finishers. Randy Starr from Jefferson City wins race in course record of 1:09:10. FAST!!!
Post race note: 10 miles was longest run prior to this race. Felt good through, you guessed it, 10 miles. Had to gut it out on the last 5K. Unable to go to work the next day due to feet/legs hurting so badly. Good learning experience.
