Finally. Able to break the 5 min barrier in the mile. Perfect conditions, favorable course and good rabbits ahead of me. I think I ended up 5th with Matt Pfau, both Leightons and another guy just ahead of me. Clayton Meyer finished just behind me.
Night of firsts:

Age-performance percentage = 83.67%.... first time over 83%
Age-graded = 4:26 with 60%VO2 value..... first time ever breaking the 60% value.
Will savor this race as not sure it can get any better for this old man.... sure is fun trying though!
