Warmup/cooldown for 100/800 meter runs tonight.
1.50 mile in 12:15 around Central campus perimeter. Legs tired... wonder why?
Striders: 20/28/32/21/16/17 sec and drills prior to striders. Another .50 mile striders conservatively.
100 meter as another strider in 16.37 seconds. One guy asked me if I ran that all-out. My answer was "not exactly".
Cooldown of 1.0 mile around outside of track after 800m run completed.
