30 min elliptical = 5.2 miles and ave HR of 117 bpm.
Not good news from the Physiatrist office. MRI results indicate multiple problems.
Looks like some extensive cross-training and reduction in mileage for the next 4-6 weeks. Will start swimming 2-3 days a week. That ought to be interesting.
