Headed out on Osage trail north and followed until hit Lynwood Drive. Up the hill to the Lynwood Baptist Church then ran the 5K course out to Cape County Park North and back to the church. 6.00 miles on the dot and 43:03 time with splits of 7:31/7:16/7:32/7:18/7:02/6:25.
Looking to get an idea of the Lynwood race route. Didn't realize it was an out-and-back course. May have to dodge some people from 1.5-2.25 miles during the run to hit any decent tangents.
Finished with 2.79 miles back to Arena Park in 23:00 for a nice 8.80 mile loop with some nice big hills. Have to remember that route.
Xtrng: +20.5 for the week. Feeling better overall; hopefully it will continue to progress.
