30 min easy run making sure not to go under 8 min pace. Started at Healthpoint and jogged over to Arena park, a couple of loops then back around the Natl Guard armory and back to the gym for some biking.
Did what I wanted and flushed my legs ( they weren't sore but had to have some damage from some of the faster intervals yesterday ) and barely broke a sweat doing the 30 min jog.
