Notes

Starting to get the morning heat and humidity. Feeling it today.

Good drills/4 striders after changing into my Ronin 3s.

Plan: .80 mile on the arena park mile loop with recovery jog of approx .30 mile then repeat x 4. Looking to run mostly on feel and only glance at the garmin a couple times each interval and monitoring pace via leg turnover.

4:19/4:21/4:20/4:19 with all paces between 5:24 and 5:31; First three felt very comfortable; 4th interval made me work some but not over the top as far as effort.

One cent found today; Bram only finds a penny also; Slim pickings!

Windmills and band strengthening after returning home. Getting ready to get Brandon graduated off today.
