1600m of pool work then 24 min of pool running.

Intervals: 100m x 8 with 45-60s recovery breaks then 50m x 2 of board flutter kicks for the legs.
200m x 3 with times of 3:40/3:45/3:40; working on maintaining longer stroke length and relaxing during longer intervals as instructed. Still having some problems with my breathing from about 75m out. If I can correct this probably be able to swim the 200s 10-15s quicker without much of a problem.
100m x 1 then immediately into the pool running mode.
24 min of pool running with total distance of 500+m. (20 laps) Pretty tired at the end and backed off the pace after 18 laps due to trace of cramping in my feet. -------------Best pool workout yet.
