Have to head out of area tomorrow for the weekend so getting Friday's workout in early.
Cutdown version of what I was going to do but better than Nothing.
warmup; 800m at 6:56 pace, .25 jog then .75 miles at 6:18 pace then 6:00 pace; a couple of 45 sec surges at around 6:00-5:52 pace then cooldown.
