Feels like summer. No complaints from me.
W/u = 4.12 miles in 31:30 for 7:40 pace
1.43 miles of drills/striders
Main part of workout: Planned on 1200m x 4 but ended up doing 1200 x 3 with 400m jog recoveries then .34 mile x 1.
Mile paces: 5:42/5:36/5:34 then 5:35 pace for final .34 miles. Finished out the mile with easy jogging.
