Humid Friday morning in August. Warmup of 2.17 miles in 17:00 then drills + 3 striders of :36/:40/:39s for total warmup of 2.70 miles
5 mile tempo run with hilly course for first 1.5 miles then essentially flat road.
Splits: 6:38/6:24/6:32/6:45/6:13 = 32:32 elapsed then 1.10 miles on the cooldown in 8:46
Only have to work half a day at the hospital so going to get most of my weekend mowing done this afternoon.
