100 x 10 @ 1:33-1:40 with 20-25 sec recovery between reps. Felt pretty good.
1000 x 1 in 18:47. I may have done an extra 50m on this one.
200 x 1, 100 x 1, 50 x 1 then 50m of pool running without the aquabelt.
