One mile + warmup in 9:45. Stretching, drills and 4 progressive striders.
2 X 600 m in 2:08/2:08 on packed gravel/grass base. 250 m recovery jogs between.
4 X 400 m in 87/87/86/85 sec with 400 m jog recovery
One mile cooldown in 8:00 then stretch after walking 1/2 mile. Wore new Speedstar 3 racing shoes for second time to break in while running. They are now ready to go. Black and Gold: Hawkeye colors, not Mizzu.
