1 Mile x 5 with 400m recovery jogs on flat area around Arena Park. Running with the Grandmaster today as he has a good plan. First two with long stretch against the wind and last 3 with a little better wind assist. First mile interval just to get loosened up completely.
Mile splits: 6:45/ 6:23 / 6:24 / 6:15 / 6:14
Good stimulus for the legs without beating the hell out of them.
