Sunday run in less than ideal conditions but the weather will be turning for the better any day now. Home for some lifting then some housework.
Good conversation on the state of the economy; also noticed I am steadily ticking up toward 20K in logged running miles. Got to stay healthy for about 4 more months to eclipse that milestone.
