Notes

warmup jog/striders for one mile then into main workout.

(400m x 4) x 3 sets. 60 second jogs between reps and 3 min recovery walks between sets. TM on 1.5% grade entire session

*TM set to min/mile pace and interval began when fully up to speed for each rep.

Set one: 5:33/5:30/5:30/5:30

Set two: 5:27 for all four

Set three: 5:24/5:24/5:21/5:18

working on running relaxed while striding out. Workout felt great. Hoping for more like today's session.
