After reading MoBrams entry I decided to get out and run in the snow. We were wondering how long it had been since it snowed in SE MO in April.... The answer is April 1997, so 21 years. Hopefully I will still be doing some semblance of jogging in 21 more years.
First mile cold fingers then very comfortable and hit 3 striders toward the end to wake up the fast twitch prior to the gym session.
