Notes
Took about a 100 m of this event to become essentially a solo run. Nate Martin out to attempt a sub-16 run. I tuck into second and pretty sure Lisa Georger is behind me. Just relax and move through first mile in 6:02. Second mile 6:01. Third mile picked it up a little and ran 5:47. Finished the final .06 mile of the course at 5:08 pace.

Stepped on a rock about a third of a mile into the race L foot and it still hurts.
Actually, both of my feet are hurting. Time for some additional recovery prior to training for a local 10K on 7 November.
