15 min of just "moving" in the pool at the hotel prior to going to Univ of New Mexico track stadium and watching Brandon and Blake Goodin (3x 1600/3200m 1A champ- going to be a Sr.) do their workout.
Got on the track and did a few drills on the nice rubberized track just because I could.
